Winter Rentals

Network Real Estate offers Winter Rentals for 3 - 6 months on several of our Vacation Rental Properties.  

• Rentals must be viewed in person prior to submitting a credit application
• Credit applications are required, $75 per applicant
• Security deposits are typically equivalent to the monthly rent amount and due at lease signing
• Monthly Rent includes basic utilities with a $75 cap on electricity and a $75 cap on water/trash/sewer each month; occupant is responsible for any overages.
• Most winter rentals don't have mailboxes.  We recommend signing up with a PO Box through the post office if you need to receive mail during your tenancy.  
• Sheets & Towels are not provided in Winter Rentals.  They can be added for an additional fee.
