I was born and raised in Wilmington NC, and love it so much that I never left. I am a graduate of Hoggard High School, Cape Fear Community College and UNCW. I began my Real Estate career in 2000 once I graduated from UNCW, and have worked in the worst of and the best of Real Estate markets. Wilmington, Carolina Beach and Kure Beach are my best areas of expertise. I am the Broker in Charge of Network Real Estate’s Carolina Beach location, and from here, I am able to enjoy the ocean and waterways which are what make Wilmington so attractive. –Kevin McKoy
