Achieving my REALTOR@ status in 2013 and working at the Pleasure Island office on Carolina Beach has proven to be a smart choice. Enabling me to assist my clients to secure their own realization of the American Dream.
Attaining the Celebrity Club Membership in 2016 and securing the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) shortly thereafter only created a stronger momentum. Most recently, I have secured the Certified Residential Specialist designation. This career in real estate keeps me learning for the benefit of the folks putting trust in my abilities. Raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. Graduated from Ramapo College of Mahwah, New Jersey with a Bachelor Degree in Communication Arts. Employed with I.A.T.S.E. Local one Stagehand for Television and Theater. Owned and operated Rowland on Swan Lake, LLC for a decade in the Catskill Mountains who at that time was the only stand-alone vacation rental cottage and log cabin in the Catskills. I decided to pursue real estate sales and attained my license in 2013 and joined Network Real-estate the family business of Wilmington of 41 Years. Since then, I obtained the Accredited Buyers and Certified Residential Specialist Designations.
